We decided to take the scenic route home. It added a couple hours, but was worth it. 
South Lake Tahoe
We stopped along the side of the road and hiked down to the lake. We all wanted to dip our feet in. The water wasn't cold at all. I decided to swim! Ha ha. It was so fun.
Nevada is all desert. We listened to Insights From A Prophet's Life: Russell M. Nelson. While we driving we saw this fire.
