Sunday March 29th

Yesterday was wonderful.  I woke up, and felt blessed having all of our kids home safe and sound.
Bryson brought in most of Andrew's balloons.  A few escaped up into the sky.

Our neighbors made a sign for Andrew and hung it on their fence!  💕💕💕

We had our own sacrament meeting.  Andrew and Aaron blessed the bread and water.  Andrew shared a couple stories with us from his mission.

We went for a ride up to Brighton in Big Cottonwood Canyon.   It was strange seeing the parking lot so bare.  Andrew's missed the snow.

Aaron made us dinner.  A roast, mashed potatoes, gravy, and beehive rolls!  Yummy.

Alyssa and Abby did mud masks.

Andrew got a call from President Rich.  Since Andrew is quarantined for 2 weeks at home, Brother Rich is Andrew's new mission president.   He sent him this email.

Andrew got a companion and a district leader today.

He's been catching up with friends and family the best that he can. Along with his studies.  The next couple weeks will be interesting.

Norman Leon Lyde

Sad to read this obituary today.  Mr. Lyde was my US History teacher in jr. high.  He was such a fun teacher!  He will be missed.

A Beautiful Drive

Aaron, Grandpa Walker, Brody and I went for a nice drive today.  We drove out to Eureka, toward Tooele, then back through Fairfield.   It took us about 3 hours.  So pretty.

Louise Lyon

Another friend/coworker from USDC, (Louise Lyon) passed away today.  I loved working with her.  She always had a positive attitude.  -Never had anything negative to say about others.  We'll miss you Louise!

If This Isn't A Sign, I Don't Know What Is

We had an earthquake this morning!  Surprisingly,  Abby and Bree were the only ones only ones that felt it at our house.  It caused quite a bit of damage at my dad's work.  Several computers and equipment fell
off the desks.

The Angel Moroni lost his trumpet @ the SLC temple.

Abby and I picked up some packets @ Shelley, then we went to Costco to try and get some needed items.  To say that everyone is a little panicked is an understatement.  See the video below.

No More Dining For 2 Weeks!

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

St. Patrick's Day is a special holiday.  21 years ago on this day, Aaron asked me to marry him.  I said yes, and it was the best decision I've ever made!  I am so thankful to my Heavenly Father for helping me find him.  I am also thankful for the life we've made together.  We have 6 amazing kids.  Life is always exciting.  I love my peeps!

Another Log To The Fire

Earlier this evening, Brody and I went for a walk.   While we were out, a fire truck and several police cars passed us.  We were curious to see what happend.  The commotion was only a block away.  We ran into a friend of mine, (Jessica Sumsion).   Apparently, one of her neighbors was burning weeds.  The wind picked up and the neighbor's house started on fire.  Thank goodness no one was hurt.

Made His Day!

My sweet neighbor found out how much Brody loves Angry Birds.  She found some drinks with miniature figurines, and brought them to Brody.  Brody was so happy.  Thank you Diane W.  You really made his day.

Welcome To The Chaos!

My sister's family and my parents just returned from their week long trip to Disney World.  My poor mom went to the store hoping to get the basics.  There was nothing left.  😔  I hope this chaos ends soon.
