Sprinklers

The radiator in our van started leaking Thursday afternoon. We had to have it replaced. 3 days and $540 later we were able to pick it up. The kids were especially bored on Friday. Since we couldn't go any where and it was super hot, we decided to turn on the sprinklers. The kids and Snickers had a blast. Here are some pics.

12 Years!

Yesterday was my and Aaron's 12th anniversary! (Hard to believe that someone would stick with me that long ...but he has). I feel so blessed. Aaron is such a good husband and father. On Friday to celebrate our anniversary we went to Park City. My brother-in-law Trent got us a great deal at the Best Western off of City Deals. His and Deanna's anniversary is on the 24th, so we decided to celebrate our anniversaries together. First we had dinner at Red Lobster (My favorite). Then when we arrived at the hotel we played the game "New World." The next morning, Aaron and I went swimming. We caught up with Deanna and Trent a little later at breakfast. ( I love free breakfasts). We checked out of our hotel and headed back for home. It was a fast trip, but really nice. It was good to be back with the kids. We took our kiddos to Monkey Island, then we took everyone for a ride up Alpine Loop. It was an awesome anniversary. Love you Aaron!

New Family Pics!!!

I had all of my kids' pictures taken last week. I bought a gift certificate off of City Deals and I'm so happy with the results. The pictures were taken at Fotogenix in Orem by a lady named "Jen." I think she did an excellant job. I highly recommend them.

Back To School

Brody headed back to school on Tuesday. With his autism diagnosis, he qualified for the ESY program. I had to work Tuesday morning when he left, but from what I was told, he was ecstatic. My father-in-law said he was bouncing all over the place! Awe...I love my little guy.

Father's Day 2011

Here are a couple of my favorite fathers. I sure am grateful for them. Happy Father's Day everyone!

What's In Price, Utah?

Aaron was dying to go fishing. We really wanted to go fishing at Gooseberry, so Saturday after I got off work, we packed up the car and left.Fairview canyon was beautiful.

We made it all the way to Gooseberry, and wouldn't you know it. It was closed! I'm guessing it was due to flooding. There was still a ton of snow up there. We kept on driving. We thought about fishing as Scofield, but the water level there was very high. There weren't any banks to fish off of.

We ended up in Price, Utah. What's in Price you may ask? Well for one, they have a Dinosaur Museum.

They also have a couple of lakes. We went to Huntington State Park and tried our luck fishing there. We didn't catch anything, but my kids had fun throwing rocks in the lake and playing with worms.

Price also has a couple of hotels with pools! Boy did we take advantage of that.
