24 Years!

Happy 24 years to us!

We had the best anniversary trip! As soon as I got home from Girl's Camp, we packed a bag and hit the road.

We stayed the night in Afton, Wyoming. I love this town! My Grandma and Grandpa Nelson had a home here when I was growing up.

It happend to be Afton's Freedom Festival! What are the chances???

They had a live band and several food trucks!

We went for an evening drive to some of the surrounding towns.

And stayed at the Marriott

We decided to wake up early and drive to Yellowstone!

We hadn't even made it to Jackson Hole and we saw a bear! We were so excited. We had to call the kids and my parents and tell them.

We saw our second bear in the Tetons, (Still not in Yellowstone Park!)

I ❤️ Yellowstone! We entered in at the South entrance and made our way to the West entrance. We saw so many amazing things.

Poor coyote!

We hiked to the most beautiful waterfall.

Funny story. There were tons of mosquitos on our hike. I wore pants, (leggings) and a sweatshirt to protect myself. Aaron wore a t-shirt and shorts. I was so worried about Aaron. I kept swatting the mosquitos off of him. Well, it turns out mosquitos can bite through leggings! I probably had close to 50 bites on my legs. So many that I had a fever the next day. Blah... why do mosquitos like my blood?

JayLynn Is Home!

JayLynn is a sweet heart. She and I work for the same Home Health company. She had a seizure and we almost lost her. So grateful that she is okay. Praying for a quick recovery.
