A Sluffing We Did Go...

My cute niece Brittany came over to hang out yesterday morning.  We wanted to do something fun, so we decided to go to the zoo. We took Bree, Alyssa, Bryson, and my niece Sasha with us.  Bree missed school.  :)  -But I don't think it bothered her too much.  Here are some pictures from our trip.

-More construction going on at the zoo.  The train, the park behind the train, and the building at the bottom of the hill were all closed.  Also, there is a new building going up south of the giraffes.

Thanks for hanging out Brit.  I had a really great time.  :)

Enjoying The Fall

We made a trip down to Gooseberry/Fountain Green this past weekend.  The fall leaves are amazing!  -Absolutely beautiful.  I think I took over a 100 pictures.  It was difficult for me to choose which pictures to post.  Enjoy!

Gooseberry was a little too windy for Bryson.  He and I hung out in the car for most of our trip.  This little chipmunk kept running under our car.  It was fun to watch him.
Every time some one caught a fish, Abby would come and show me.

Such cute little girls!
I sure do love my husband.  Time spent with him is always quality time.  He's so patient and loving.

Andrew found himself a snake.  Ewe!
Alyssa posed for me!  :)

She found lots of rocks.
Poor Brody took a nice fall and scraped his elbow!  :(

We drove through Mt. Pleasant for the first time to visit my Grandma in Fountain Green.

Annie Sloan Chalk Paint

Yesterday I took a super fun 3 hour class at the Painted Daisy in Highland.  In the class we learned different techniques when painting with Annie Sloan Chalk Paint.  Sherrie Laub (Above) was our instructor.  I have lots of ideas for projects I'd like to do.  -Hopefully Aaron doesn't read this post.  He loves it when I begin projects.  ;)

Alyssa's Field Trip To Animal Farm

Yesterday Punkin Patch Preschool went to Animal Farm at Thanksgiving Point.  Alyssa had such a great time with her cousin Sasha.  And Bryson and I had a great time with my Mom and Svetlana.

A mom (above) and it's calf (below).

We went on a fun wagon ride.  Afterwords Alyssa pet Holly and Belle (The two white horses).
 Feeding the ducks!

Watch out they spit!

 Me and my lil guy

I know just how he feels.  :)

This turkey's brain is on the outside!  ...At least it looks that way.

Both of the girls decided that the horses were a little too scary.
But not Bryson.  He's a brave little man.
