A Difficult Time For Andrew

It's been a rough week.  I mentioned in a previous post that we missed Andrew's call on Labor Day.  We've been so anxious to hear from him.  On Saturday September 5th, we got this text from Andrew.
I responded immediately, but Andrew had already hung up.  😔
We finally talked to him today.  He was able to call @ 12:45.  Andrew is struggling.  He feels very out of place. I think the language is his biggest struggle.  His trainer is a native and speaks very little to no English.
Andrew is on a very tight schedule.  On his P day, he's only allotted 1 hour to talk on the phone, read his emails, and respond. We kept asking Andrew if he wanted to hang up so he could read his emails and respond, but he wanted to stay on the phone so he could talk to his siblings.
Earlier this evening, Aaron was able to log on to Andrew's account. Andrew still hasn't read any of his emails since he Arrived in Cancun.
There are several other stresses:
- It's very hot and humid, (no air conditioning).
-Andrew was given a hammock when he first arrived, but it was too small.  He said he's been sleeping on a mattress on the floor, but has no pillow.
-His shoes are hurting his feet.  We told him he could purchase more and not to worry about the money.  He said he doesn't know where to go.
- The water is bad.  You have to have a filter to drink it.  Andrew went to buy a coke, but was stopped by his companion.   Apparently they aren't allowed to have any caffeinated beverages.
What else?  I want to send him a package, but I've been told they go through everything and sometimes take what they want🤷‍♀️.  Plus it's very expensive.
I know it's going to get better, but it's hard to see your son keep looking away to wipe his tears.  I feel so helpless.
