Andrea Zwick Fredric

Andrea Zwick Fredric, 40 year old wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend passed away on Monday, September 28, 2020 peacefully in her sleep at home in Cedar Hills, Utah.

Andrea was born on October 16, 1979, in Salt Lake City Utah to Jeff and Michelle Zwick. Andrea was the oldest of seven children, and she loved them with all her heart. As a child, her bubbly, friendly, enthusiastic personality brought light to those around her. She made friends quickly and was energized by interactions with others. Whether it was classmates, cousins, or someone in line at the grocery store, she loved having conversations and creating bonds.

Andrea grew up in Salt Lake City, Ventura, Sacramento and Poway, California. She moved to Alpine, Utah with her family when she was 14 years old, where she spent the remainder of her youth. Andrea was active in sports and played soccer and tennis at American Fork High School. She was a great student, but especially “excelled” in the social aspects at school.

Andrea was a naturally gifted pianist. Sitting and playing the piano was an outlet for her that blessed the lives of her family. She loved music and had a beautiful singing voice. She enjoyed playing the piano and singing Primary songs and Broadway tunes with her brothers and sisters.

After graduating from American Fork High School, Andrea attended and graduated from Provo Community College in Dental Assisting and worked as a dental assistant. She also taught tennis and piano lessons.

Andrea developed a love for running and completed three half marathons, in addition to other races. Her drive and determination helped her accomplish her goals. She had a unique way of persuading family members to run races with her.

Andrea married Todd Fredric on June 25, 2003, and they were sealed in the Mount Timpanogos Temple. Over the next few years, they welcomed their children Spencer, Ellie, and Katey into their family. Andrea had dreamed of being a wife and mother since she was a little girl and her family was her greatest blessing.

Andrea’s bright smile, enthusiasm, and acceptance of others without judgment made the world a better place. Her love for her family, friends and the Savior influenced others for good. She is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter- day Saints.

She is survived by her husband Todd Fredric and their children Spencer, Ellie, and Katey; her parents, Jeff and Michelle Zwick; her siblings, Emily (Chad) Burnham, Jeffrey (Ariel) Zwick, Stephanie (Mike) Adams, Tia (Adam) Rich, Ashley (Chase) Coppins, Matt Zwick, her grandparents, Gary and Cherie Hyde and David and Jane Stevens; and many loving cousins, aunts and uncles, and nieces and nephews.

Due to current health guidelines, a viewing and funeral will be held for family members on Monday, October 5, 2020.  Funeral services will be held at the Cedar Hills 18th ward at 1:00 p.m. and interment at Highland City Cemetery.
