33 Years Young

 Friday was my 33rd birthday.  -What a wonderful birthday it was.

I got a strawberry cheesecake!  Mmm...so yummy!



My kids spoiled me with homemade cards and loves!

I had dinner at Texas Roadhouse.  Thank you Mom and Dad for taking us and thank you Kent and LouJean for watching the kids.

Breelyn's preschool class had a field trip at Discovery Park earlier today.  We bought a pizza from Little Caesar's for lunch.  The girls had a great time.  They burned a lot of energy.  Bryson and I, well, we are still trying to venture out.  I haven't got the breast feeding in public places thing down very well and he likes to eat all the time.  It was sort of a windy/rainy day too, so I tried to keep him covered up as much as I could.

Bryson's 2 Week Check Up

I took Bryson to his 2 week check up yesterday.  Bryson is doing awesome!

His head circumference is 14.25 " (60.67%)

His length is 21" (70.49%)

                             

 His weight is 7.94 lbs (28.07%)

Sister Laycock and Sister Leslie brought Bryson this blanket.  The young women from our ward helped tie it.  I have the best ward!  Everyone is so thoughtful.

Those Hot Chicks

 Last Friday, we went to IFA and bought us some chicks.  Aaron and I have talked about buying/raising chickens forever.  We bought 7 chicks.  -All different kinds.  In about 5 months we should have all sorts of different colored eggs.

Aaron and I are going to build a chicken coop.  We've got most of the wood.  We just need time and Aaron's skills!  :)  Wish us luck!

Last Wednesday, Abby, Alyssa, and I went to Andrew's Hope of America performance at BYU.  The show was awesome.  Lots of beautiful music and performers.  -It made me proud to be an American.  :)  Speaking of being an American... my sister-in-law Svetlana got her citizenship on Wednesday.  Congratulations Svet!  We're so happy for you.

A Field Trip To Macey's

Brody and his class took a field trip to Maceys on 3/21/12. They've been learning about money at school. Each of them were given a few dollars. They got to choose and pay for their lunch. What a cute class!
