Mark asked for permission to marry LouAnn on February 16th.
Mark called Ruthann and I this morning and told us, "today was the day he would ask LouAnn to marry him!" He asked us if we would help him by meeting them up at the temple, hiding, and taking some pictures/recording his proposal. Ruthann and I were happy to help out.
