Lorilee Ellertson Rowley, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family on December 21, 2014 after a valiant battle with cancer. She was born October 24, 1955 in Salt Lake City, the daughter of Richard Lee and Dana Boswell Ellertson. She married Creig C. Rowley on March 3, 1978 in the Salt Lake Temple.
Her loving disposition blessed the lives of everyone she met. Lori served faithfully in many callings, most notably her service in the Young Women program. She loved her young women so much and they loved her.
The loss of her presence is greatly mourned, but her family and friends look forward to being reunited with her in the life to come.
She is survived by her husband, Creig; children: Nikki Rowley; Nate (Lenae) Rowley; Matt (Kenzie) Rowley; Andee (Jose) Velarde; Benjamin Rowley; 10 grandchildren; her parents, Richard and Dana Ellertson; and her parents in- law Carl and Maxine Rowley and three sisters and 2 brothers.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 24 at 10:00 a.m. in the American Fork West Stake Center, 500 North 700 West. A viewing will be held and Wednesday from 8:45 to 9:45 a.m. at the church. Burial in the American Fork Cemetery.
