What's Your Favorite Color?

I don't know...
I just can't seem to figure out what Alyssa's favorite color is.

Santas Elves

Santa sent some elves our way this year for Christmas.  We feel so lucky!
On the first night, our elves gave us some hot chocolate and mint taffy.
Last night we got french vanilla and chocolate hazelnut pirouette wafers from Pepperidge Farm.  -Yummy!
We need to think of something nice to do for our elves.  Any ideas?

Ward Christmas Party

We had our ward Christmas party Friday night.  The party was held at our stake center.  -It's a good thing we had it there because we had a huge turn out!
The program was awesome.  We ate dinner (Pulled pork, cheesy potatoes, salad, roll, and cherry shortcake), we sang some songs, the youth put on a short play of the Grinch, and the primary sang a couple of songs.  Last, but not least, we watched a short movie about the birth of the Savior.  -It was beautiful.  Here are some pictures from our evening.

Bryson And Alyssa's First Encounter This Season

I always love to see how my kids react when they meet Santa Claus.  Most of my kids get scared out of their bajeebies.  At least when they're little.  Then as they get older, they become more brave.  :)
I had to pick up some groceries for our ward Christmas party yesterday.  We went to Macey's in Pleasant Grove, and guess who was there?  You guessed it.  Good ol' Santa Claus.
Bryson did surprisingly well.  He got the "Deer in the headlights" look on his face when I sat him on his lap.  -But no tears.
Alyssa on the other hand, didn't do so great.  She was so scared!  I had to hold her and ask Santa to bring her the Minnie Mouse accessories she wants so badly.
Of course I always close my eyes when I get my picture taken.  Bleh!

The Foot Bone's Connected To The...

Brody's class had a musical performance on Thursday.  I haven't been able to make it to that many activities with Brody this year, so this was a treat!  I had such a good time.   -Not just watching Brody and his classmates perform, but also meeting some of the parents and some of the aides.
Brody is kind of a wiggle worm.  Mrs. Drzayich had to sit with him most of the time.
This is Brody's best friend Justin.  Every time I've gone to Brody's class, Justin is hanging out with Brody and helping him.  The kids is such a sweet heart.  I met his mother Cami.  We exchanged numbers.  I'm going to try to set up a couple of play dates for Brody and him.  :)

This picture makes me laugh.  Brody adores videos.  He can stare at them for hours.  Some times it's the only thing that helps him hold still.
The final song they sang was ..."The foot bone's connected to the leg bone, The leg bone's connected to the knee bone, etc."

Andrew Lost A Tooth

Andrew lost a tooth yesterday.  We sure are being generous to the Tooth Fairy lately.  I wonder what she's done with all of our teeth?
