Poor Kent

Kent has been complaining about his L hand hurting for a little over a week. We took him to Orem rehab yesterday for a jazzy chair fitting. The aid did some testing for his hand strength. He felt certain that it was fractured. I called Dr Johnson's office. The soonest they could fit him in was today. They did an x-ray. No fracture. Arthritis and possibly gout. Brad (The dr that saw him) offered to do some f/u blood tests. He said if it is gout, they could treat him with prednisone. Kent declined.  I think he was warn out.  We'll give it another try tomorrow.
