Today was such a special day. Our youngest son Bryson was baptized and confirmed a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints! Bryson's birthday was over 3 months ago! We kept postponing his baptism hoping all of this Covid-19 craziness would end. Turns out that Covid-19 was a blessing in disguise.
First if all, the whole program was done in a half hour. Yes, you read that right. A half hour! That includes an opening prayer, a song, a 3 min. talk, baptism, confirmation, and a closing prayer.
Second, although only a handful of people were allowed to be present at the baptism, family and friends from all over the US were able to watch it over the internet. They didn't even have to dress up!
Last, but not least, because of the "mission intermission," Bryson was able to have his oder brother baptize him. 🥰
After Bryson was baptized, he told Aaron, "I just can't stop smiling!" Neither can we. Congratulations buddy. We love you!
