So, I got up early this morning and headed off to work.
The weather was nice, the roads weren't crowded,
and most of the pot holes on I-15 were fixed!
I was feeling pretty good.
I was probably about 1 mile or less from the University Ave. exit,
when all of the sudden,
my radio went silent, the lights began to fade, and I had no power.
I started freaking out because with all of the construction,
there was NO where that I could pull over.
I started praying, "Please help me, please don't let me cause an accident."
I coasted for about 10 seconds.
As I came to a stop, a shoulder opened up on the right hand side.
I called Aaron.
Aaron called my father-in-law.
Kent called AAA.
I called work.
A policewoman came and stayed with me until Kent and a AAA tow truck arrived.
I guess the alternator went out on the truck.
It's being fixed and should be ready to pick up tomorrow.
What a crazy morning!

Oh, I'm so sorry. There's nothing worse than being stranded on the freeway. Glad you were able to make it to the shoulder, and eventually, home safely.
