What a weekend!
Last Wednesday, I received a message on my phone from Laura at 570KNRS stating that I'd won two tickets to Gladys Knight, a one night stay at the Mariott in Park City, and dinner for two at the Park City Grill. -I couldn't believe it. I was so EXCITED. I picked up the prize at their studio and called Aaron and told him the big news. He was just as excited as me. Anyway, we went to Park City this weekend, and we had a great time. -Thank you Kent and LouJean for watching our kids. It was such a fun FREE trip! We felt like we were on our honeymoon again. Me ...trying to decide what to do first
Two beds to ourselves ...with no kids!
Aaron's dinner (Filet Mignon, potatoes, and veggies)
My dinner (Rotissere Turkey, mashed potatoes, asparagus, and carrots)
We ordered two starters, two entrees, two side salads, and two deserts! We were stuffed.

Michael went into the MTC yesterday!
Yesterday, My brother Michael went into the MTC. I think it was a very emotional day for all of my family, especially my mom. I think Michael is ready, and that he'll be an amazing missionary. Last Friday, we had family pictures done. Following the pictures, we had dinner at California pizza kitchen.
Bree enjoyed eating the crayons more than the pizza!
Andrew got to have a taste of what the MTC is like. I am glad his uncles, brother-in-laws, and Dad have been such good examples.
Michael was set apart as an elder Tuesday night.
Our family minus me

Anji is having a boy!
(Anji Stephens, Natalie Smith and her daughter Ava, and me!)
On Saturday Aug. 2nd, I went to a baby shower for my friend Anji (Findley) Stephens. Anji was one of my roomates at USU. She made my first year of college so much fun. It was great to see her. -It's been 10 years since we were in school, but she hasn't changed at all. Anji is having a boy, and he's due in October. I can't wait to see what he looks like.
