Worth The Wait!

Today was a busy day @ Brighton!  Aaron and I bought season passes for our family back in March.  We thought today would be a good day to pick them up, (Us and hundreds of other people).  It took us 2.5 hours to get them!  

The long line was definitely worth the wait.  Skiing was so much fun.  I missed out last year because I injured my left ankle.   I need lots of practice for sure.  It was hard keeping up with my kids and Aaron.  Thank goodness my family is patient with me.   😊

Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving!  It's been an amazing day.  This year we had dinner @ my parents' home.  We felt so lucky that Grandpa Walker shared the day with us.  Aaron smoked a turkey and I made slush.  Our meal was so yummy!

Everyone was there except Michael, Allison,  Logan, Cameron, and of course Andrew.  

We did a white elephant exchange.  So many fun gifts.  Our Victoria Secret panties were a hit.  

We saw the movie Frozen 2.  It was nice going with the whole family. 

Tonight grandma is having all of her grand daughters sleep over.  (How cool is that!)  

I love my family.  So thankful for everyone.  

Another One Bites The Dust!

Last week Brody came home with this form alerting us that he had failed his vision screening.  ☹

I made an appointment for him, and it turns out he needed glasses!  Nearsighted with a slight astigmatism.   (I hope I said that right?)

That's 4 out of 6 so far.  I wonder if Alyssa and Bryson will need them?

We ordered his glasses and lenses.  Brody was a little upset that he could take home some of the glasses he'd tried on.  We pressed on.  

Bryson's Class Hamster

Since Bryson was "Star of the Week" last week, he got to take home the class hamster over the weekend.  We had a great time playing with her. 

Lots Of Changes @ Dry Creek Chiropractic

This past week was rough!  It was especially hard this weekend.  Dry Creek Chiropractic is in a new office!  We had to everything out by Friday evening.  The good news is that we're in the same building, (We just switched sides).  The bad news is the old office was demolished Saturday morning and it probably won't be ready for a couple weeks.  So... both businesses are sharing, and it's a little snug.

Sasha Is 10!

Alyssa had a great time @ Sasha's birthday party today.  They went and saw the movie Frozen 2!  Pretty awesome.  Happy Birthday Sasha!

 

My Little Pocahontas!

Today was "Colonial" day for all the 5th graders at Shelley.  Alyssa had the option to dress up as pilgrim or an indian.  She went with an idian since she's playing Pocahontas in their class play.

Happy Birthday Deanna!

Aaron's sister Deanna is 50 today!  The Jacobson's saw the movie Midway, then they met us @ Jim's for dinner.  It was a nice evening.  Loved the company and the food.
